Internal vetting and matching – our clinical and recruitment team reviews your profile and matches you to the most suitable vacancy and employer.
Interview – you will attend an online or in-person interview with the hospital.
Offer & agreement – once successful, you sign your job offer and agreement.
DataFlow verification – your professional documents are submitted for primary source verification.
Medical examination – you complete the required medical tests at an accredited clinic.
Mumaris+ registration – you register with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and complete licensing steps.
Prometric exam – you prepare for and write the licensing exam.
Visa appointment – your employment visa is processed at the Saudi embassy/consulate.
Deployment – you travel to Saudi Arabia and begin your hospital orientation.
How long is the process from application to deployment?
On average, the process takes 3 to 5 months from the time you sign an offer. The exact timeline depends on how quickly you provide the required documents, the availability of exam and licensing slots, the scarcity and demand for your speciality, and visa processing times.
What is Prometric?
The Prometric exam is Saudi Arabia’s nursing licensing exam. It tests your professional knowledge to ensure you meet the standards required to practice. Passing the exam is mandatory for obtaining your Saudi nursing license.
