That experience — placing thousands of healthcare professionals across continents — gave him an unusually clear picture of both what the industry could achieve and where it consistently failed candidates.
The failures he saw weren't small: vague timelines, hidden process steps, candidates left in the dark during licensing delays, agencies that moved on once a placement was made. He decided to build an agency around doing the opposite of all of it.
By acquiring an existing operation and rebuilding it from the ground up under the Prodesse name, the founding team brought together deep compliance expertise, established employer relationships across the Middle East and beyond, and a culture rooted in four non-negotiable values.
