A leading private hospital group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide executive nursing leadership for a major facility. This is a senior leadership role shaping nursing strategy, standards, and operational direction at the highest level.
Key responsibilities
- Sets nursing strategy, standards, and operational direction for the facility
- Represents nursing leadership at executive and board level
- Drives quality, patient safety, and accreditation standards
- Leads, mentors, and develops nursing management teams
Requirements
- BSN minimum; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ nursing leadership and management experience, including senior or executive-level roles
- Proven track record leading nursing operations at scale, ideally within a new-build or major hospital expansion project
- SCFHS registration (or eligibility — Prodesse Health supports candidates through the full DataFlow and SCFHS application process)
Package
From SAR 45,000/month — exact rate based on profile. Family status, 2-year contract.
Nationality/visa: Due to visa requirements, this role is open to candidates from South Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
