A private family in Singapore is seeking an experienced Home Care Nurse to provide dedicated, one-to-one nursing care for a patient with an oncology, haematology, or neurology background. This is a discreet, long-term private placement in a well-supported home care environment.
Role overview
- Provide dedicated one-to-one home-based nursing care across standard 8am–8pm shifts, five days per week on a rotating weekend roster
- Manage day-to-day clinical needs including monitoring, medication management, and symptom assessment
- Accompany the patient on periodic overseas travel (approximately every two months), maintaining continuity of care outside Singapore
- Provide backup overnight coverage on an occasional basis as part of the nursing team
- Liaise closely with the family and wider care team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient support
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ bedside nursing experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Neurology
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa, and English — all three are required for this role
- Willing to work weekends on a rotating roster basis
- Able to travel overseas with the patient approximately every two months
- Willing to cover occasional overnight shifts as a backup nurse

Package
