Multiple nursing specialties open at a regional medical center in Cookeville, Tennessee — including ER, Home Health, Med Stepdown, Med-Surg, Neuro Stepdown, and Respiratory. Base pay $32.00–$40.77/hr, rising to $42.77/hr for ICU, CVICU, ER, OB, and Surgery specialties. Shift, weekend, and holiday differentials apply. BSc minimum, NCLEX pass, and 2 years’ clinical experience required. Open to candidates residing in Canada or Mexico — no specific nationality restriction.
